Personal News

Hi everyone. My premium membership is expiring in 4 days, so I decided to write one last "cool"-looking journal. I'm currently in Leipzig, Germany (if someone doesn't know!) taking a class in German. It's so amazing here... there are people from all over the world. I really coldn't believe my eyes when I came to the first Willkommensparty here. There are so many new faces, new emotions, new experience... everything.
Agh, my English sucks. I'm mixing English with German and Bulgarian all the time, since I use all three languages here. o.o My brain stops sometimes, haha.
Well, 'bout Leipzig - it's a great place. It's really green compared to Sofia, it's clean and neat. I can't get used to the fact that nothing works on Sundays. xD Anyways, I only have one more to spend...
In general I'm doing fine. I don't really miss BG, only my friends. Hopefully, my best friend is coming to visit me here (she's in Hamburg right now) in three days. We'll see how it'll work.
Well, not much more to say... have a great summer, everyone.

Sounds like your life is going pretty well - hectic but fun and definitely a new experience. I've got a friend in Bulgaria and I imagine she'd love to be where you are now.

You're welcome! Oh, I forget what is what - these Bulgarian names are so confusing! Dolna Oryahovica, is that the name of a town? 'cause the other two bits say Municipality & Region

Great that you remembered the name, Bulgarian is quite confsing for foreigners. You haven't visited it yet, have you?

Oh yes it is, but it is a beautiful language to listen to as hard as it can be to imagine how to pronounce the words

Yeah, a lot of people tell me that they like how it sounds.

It's just the pronounciation that's really hard.
So, how did you met this Daniela, if that's not too inpolite to ask?

Oh, it is a delight to listen to! I heard Daniela speaking it a few times and I was enchanted!

Oh I bet, especially for an American - English sounds soooo clumsy, comparatively.

I actually met here here on this site over a year ago - not sure HOW we bumped into one another, but we did... shared a passion for writing and appreciating art
